CONSULTATIONS are for women who are looking to engage in a term coaching contract but would like to meet first to determine fit and discuss our coaching approach. We will spend some time exploring what you’re dealing with and let you know how we can best help you. 

COACHING is for women who are looking go deep with an experienced guide to address complex challenges in their career head-on which may include working through a career transition, creating a values-based vision and plan for future work, or needing support in starting their own business. No matter where you are in your journey, we can help.

FLASH SESSIONS are shorter, stand alone sessions for women who want to debrief on a learning product or want help with a specific, short-term career problem.
